Glen gunshot victim dies in hospital

A Glen resident who was shot in Diamond on Sunday, March 16, 2025 has died in hospital.

Chris “Shines” Williams was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) after being shot several times when he accompanied some friends to Diamond on an errand.

Williams,31, died last week at the MCMH while nursing several gunshot wounds. This can be considered the sixth homicide for 2025.

A close friend of the deceased said family members and friends were shocked when they learnt of Williams’ demise as he seemed to be recovering.
