Officers accused of beating 10yo boy suspended with half pay

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) wishes to notify the public that on Tuesday  January 30, 2024, Acting Commissioner of Police, Enville Williams suspended three police officers from duty in relation to allegations of abuse of a 10-year-old boy.

The officers include one Corporal and two Constables. The officers would receive half pay pending the outcome of an investigation.

Anyone with information that can assist the investigation is encouraged to contact the Calliaqua Police Station at 1-784-458-4200, Police Emergency at 911/99, or any police station or officer you are comfortable speaking with.

Information received would be treated confidentially.
