Rotaract Club of Kingstown gears up for annual charity drive

In the true spirit of Christmas, the Rotaract Club of Kingstown is gearing up for its annual ‘One Wish’ Christmas project, inviting everyone to join hands in spreading joy and making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.

From December 9 to 16, the club will be actively collecting food and monetary contributions from the public with the primary objective of extending a helping hand to families in need during the month of January, ensuring that the warmth of the holiday season is felt by all.

The selected families are carefully chosen from the Social Welfare Department’s list of low or no- income households, ensuring that the support reaches those who need it the most.

The Rotaract Club of Kingstown emphasizes that every bit of support makes a significant impact on the lives of these families, and they are counting on all of us to rally together in the spirit of giving.

To facilitate convenient contributions, the club has set up collection points at C.K Greaves and Massy Stores Arnos Vale.

The donation schedule is as follows: Saturday 9 and 16 from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm; Monday December 11 to Friday, December 15 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
