Vincentian national charged with murder in Grenada

A Vincentian national who was taken into custody on Tuesday, April 4 by members of the Royal Grenada Police Force appeared in court yesterday April 5 for arraignment on a charge of murder.
Elton Elliston Andrew has been charged in connection with the death of Grenadian, Jonathan Richards.

The 30 year old Richards, who lived in Gouyave was shot several times about his body and was pronounced dead on arrival at the General Hospital in Grenada, newspaper reports from Grenada state.

The arrest of Andrew was made as law enforcement officers intensified their investigation into the March 21, 2023 death of the Grenadian.
