Digicel SVG Gospel Fest 2019 continues this weekend

THE 2019 DIGICEL SVG Gospel Fest will continue this weekend with a number of events around the country.

This evening the festival moves to the newly renovated Peace Memorial Hall for the much anticipated SVG TCCU Ltd. “Dance Praise” which features some 17 dance groups on one stage. Slated to perform will be Diadem Dancers, Warriors for Christ, Dunamis among others.

The Miracle Arena SVG at Stoney Ground will be the venue on Sunday evening for the Standard Shippers Inc. “Band Praise” which will feature six gospel bands.

Two Zonal Gospel Sows will also be staged on Sunday evening. The ASL Auto Marriaqua Zone will be at the Joyful Praise Tabernacle in Richland Park while the Vita Malt Bequia program will take place at the Clive Tannis Park from 6:00 pm with Ronnie Richardson as the featured artiste. There will be presentations in song, dance and drama.

The outstanding artistes from the Zonal Showcases will be selected to appear at the Digicel National Gospel Showcase on April 28 at the Victoria Park.

SVG Gospel fest, which is the major gospel Festival in St Vincent and the Grenadines is into its 17th year and is being celebrated under the theme: “A Glorious Celebration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ”.
