JCI St Vincent inducts new members

Three new members were inducted into the JCI St Vincent chapter at a general meeting held at the JCI Secretariat at Stoney Ground, Kingstown on Saturday, May 19, 2018.

The new members are Kaydonna Ollivierre, administrative assistant in the division of Information Technology, Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines; Keenan Castello, an employee of the National Insurance Services (NIS) and Nick Francis, an independent youth development consultant.

The new members, along with PRO of JCI St Vincent Terrance Williams executed a new member’s project on April 27, participated in an orientation exercise facilitated by past president Mandisa Stephens on Friday, May 18, and were interviewed by the JCI St Vincent Executive Board on Saturday, May 19 to complete the process of membership into the organization.

President of JCI St Vincent Gabriel Glasgow welcomed the new members into the organization and also presented them with their membership certificates and JCI pins.Glasgow also led the new members in taking the JCI Oath. JCI St Vincent continues to advance the development of young people in the country and invites persons between the ages of 18 and 40 to become members of the organization.

Since its inception in 1959, the Jaycee Movement has impacted the lives of many Vincentians.

As such, JCI St Vincent continues to carry outs its mission to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
