CIBC/FCIB rolls out red carpet for customers

Regional bank CIBC FirstCaribbean gave a red carpet welcome to customers recently, as it showcased its insurance offerings during a special Insurance Blitz day to promote Home and Auto Insurance protection plan.

Customers were greeted as they entered the bank, provided with light refreshments and promotional insurance give-aways.

The insurance plan is very convenient, where bank customers can now get their insurance right where they bank. They can make premium payments online, in-branch via credit card, or even by SMS.

Customers can also get on-the-spot quotations for insurance during the loan application process and also annual financial health checks and a comfortable, convenient sales experience.

In addition, there is competitive and affordable pricing, with excellent value for money, flexible payment options and convenient payment channels. There is a broad scope of insurance protection and comprehensive insurance coverage with easy to read insurance policies and options under the auto insurance protection plan.

The Home Insurance Protection Plan extends coverage for Personal Liability, Public Liability to domestic workers, Rent and Alternative Accommodation; contents can also be insured and if you are building your home, there is insurance coverage for that as well.

Prior to that event, the Business Banking team of CIBC FirstCaribbean hosted a focus group for customers under the theme ‘Essential Reporting Requirements for Small Business Enterprises’. It was facilitated by Floyd Patterson, managing partner of BDO Eastern Caribbean.
