Public invited to welcome Vincentian artiste on his arrival to the island

Vincentians, Carnival lovers, supporters and well-wishers are invited to go out to the ET Joshua aiport at Arnos Vale airport on Thursday to welcome home Vincentian international superstar Marlon Roudette.

Roudette and his seven-member band from the United Kingdom are travelling to St Vincent and the Grenadines to perform at the Miss Carival 2016 show, scheduled for Friday, July 1, at the Victoria Park.{{more}}

The entourage will arrive on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 4.40 p.m.

A release from the Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) says the public is invited to welcome home Roudette, who was born in the UK, but grew up here in SVG.

There will be a press conference at the VIP Lounge at the ET Joshua airport on Roudette’s arrival, at which Minister of Tourism, Sports and Culture Cecil Mckie and other officials of the board of directors of the Carnival Development Corporation, the 10 contestants in MISS CARIVAL 2016, their chaperones and members of the Beauty Shows Committee will be present.

Following the press conference, a motorcade will be held from Arnos Vale to Victoria Park, Kingstown, stopping at Heritage Square and returning to Villa, where it will conclude at Young Island Resorts Ltd.
