Digicel roadshow heads to leeward this weekend

SVG’s newest Carnival Monday T-shirt band Temperature, which is powered by telecommunication provider Digicel will this weekend move to the Leeward side of mainland St Vincent.

The second Temperature Carnival roadshow will take place this Saturday June 18, and is scheduled to leave Kingstown at 8 a.m. and journey to as far as Barrouallie, with a number of planned stops along the way.{{more}}

The Temperature roadshows are geared at giving all of St Vincent and the Grenadines a glimpse of what to expect on the road from Digicel for Vincy Mas 2016. Saturday’s roadshow will feature the Temperature models displaying all three sections of the band, the general, VIP (Scorch), and the VVIP (Ignis).

It was the turn of the Windward side last Saturday June 11, 2016, which saw Temperature going as far north as Sandy Bay, allowing residents to benefit from a number of giveaways and Digicel specials on handsets. The Windward roadshow saw hundreds of Vincentians capitalizing on the opportunity to gain automatic entry to Temperature with purchases of a Digicel handset, which was sold as low as 50 dollars.

While residents on the Leeward side can expect to benefit from similar offers this weekend, persons can also look forward to a number of Temperature surprises and giveaways along the way.
