Vinsave holds Open Day and Food Fair

The Vinsave Child Development Centre was a “hive of activity,” as it hosted its Open Day and Food Fair on Wednesday, May 20.

The activity was held under the Child Month Theme: “Nutrition and Play – Healthy Children Today.”{{more}}

The children from the kindergarten section of the Kingstown Preparatory School and their teachers visited and sang, to the delight of the Vinsave children and staff, as well as Early Childhood personnel from the Ministry of Education. Parents and guardians also visited the Centre throughout the day and spoke to the teachers about their children’s development and the programmes at the Centre.

A lovely display of fruits and vegetables, donated by parents, as well as craft items and other materials made by the students in training, added to the ambience.
