Fanfare Events SVG expands services to customers

In a move to further cover their customers’ needs, a local company which provides furnishings for outdoor events has introduced three new products to the extensive line it offers.

Fanfare Events SVG, owned by Alexis Harry-John, now has VIP portable toilets, hand wash stations and ‘crowd stopper’ barricades that event organizers can rent to further enhance the standard of their events.{{more}}

Speaking with SEARCHLIGHT, Harry-John said that his company takes pride in being “at the forefront” of the market, and is continually expanding and developing its service delivery.

“The products [that] we have, no one else… is offering,” he noted. “We have the widest range of products… We are not just focusing on particular events; we are spreading our wings to other segments of the market.”

Harry-John, who started the company in 2009/2010, spoke about the new products — explaining that their benefits include an enhanced event experience, improved hygiene, and an increase in security.

Describing the VIP portable toilets as “lady friendly,” he said that each cubicle is equipped with a large mirror, corner shelf, coat hook, solar lighting, wash basin and is ventilated. The hand wash stations are hands-free, and customers have the option to rent them fully loaded (with water, soap and paper towel), or provide their own amenities. The ‘crowd stoppers’ — described as the “kingpin of barricades” — are sturdy, and well-suited for use at large concerts, protests, demonstrations, political rallies and other such events.

Harry-John said that Fanfare Events SVG takes pride in how the company has grown over the years, and works tirelessly to elevate its standards.

“We started this entire revolution in events rentals in St Vincent… We have seen over the years… that SVG lacks proper events rental facilities. What we have done since we started is we have made it much easier — from wedding events to corporate events to funerals to sporting events.”

In the run-up to the Carnival season, Harry-John said that his company is the best positioned on the local market to deliver a superior service for all event organizers’ needs. He also extended this reminder to the various political parties in their organization of events and rallies.

He further thanked all his customers over the years for their support, and promised to sustain and improve upon the high quality service — eventually making Fanfare Events SVG their “one stop shop” for outdoor event rentals.

“We’ve been seeing new faces; we’ve been seeing repeat business; so I just really want to thank everyone for supporting Fanfare over the years… look out for more exciting products from us!”

Fanfare Events SVG also offers high peak tents (in six sizes), tent liners, folding chairs, Chiavari chairs (wooden), cocktail tables, event flooring, LED furniture, wide range of tables and chandeliers, wedding columns, tablecloths, table skirting, and a variety of other decorations.

The company has a Facebook page (Fanfare Events St Vincent & the Grenadines), and can be contacted via telephone at (784) 531-6834 or 497-5197. (JSV)
