Students have something to look forward to – SSBQ

Gabricia Yorke of the Bishop’s College Kingstown is the winner of the Secondary School Bible Quiz for February.

Yorke received her prize last Friday, March 13.

While making the presentation, Joel Jack, quiz organizer, commended the students of that school for the orderly and disciplined way in which they assemble themselves for devotion.{{more}} He outlined the various annual awards that are on offer by the quiz and announced that the winner of the Distinguished Graduate Award for 2015 will receive a cash prize of $1,000.­ Funding for this award has already been committed.

The Distinguished Graduate Award is something to look forward to. It is offered to a participant who has entered 10 or more months during their school career and returns the best CSEC results for 2015.
