Diamond Government School receives donation from GLAM
On Monday, September 1, the teachers and pupils of the Diamond Government School were overjoyed to receive a generous donation on behalf of Giving Life a Meaning (GLAM) by president of GLAM, Isabelle (Lorna) Lewis.{{more}}
GLAM is a non-profit organisation that believes education enhances the journey and therefore provides needed educational supplies and resources to the Caribbean.
Since 2010, GLAM has provided school supplies for over 1,500 students in St Vincent and the Grenadines. This gracious donation has helped the students of the Diamond Government School by providing them with the necessary materials to learn and enhance their knowledge.
A release sent on behalf of the teachers and students of Diamond Government School extended thank you to GLAM for âenhancing the journeyâ for our children.
