Bursaries made available to Vincentian Students

Vincentian students are being invited to apply for bursaries that will assist them in continuing their education.

The first annual Frances Haywood Joseph, Miriam Ross Laidlow and Edmay Bramble Wilson bursaries will be awarded to three students for the 2014/15 academic year.{{more}}

Primary and secondary school age students are eligible to apply, and those selected will receive EC$500 each. Applicants are required to submit a 2-page (primary) or 4-page (secondary) essay in order to be considered.

The bursaries were created to “continue the charitable legacy” of Frances Jospeh, Miriam Laidlow and Edmay Wilson, who made “tremendous and continuous” demonstrations of service to their families and Vincentian society.
