NAB symposium to be held today

A one-day symposium will be held today by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

The symposium is part of a drive being spearheaded by the NAB to mitigate the financial challenges encountered by clients who unwittingly engage the services of unscrupulous academic providers.{{more}}

The theme of today’s symposium is “Investment in Tertiary Level Education, its Possibilities and Challenges.” It will be held at the National Insurance Services conference room, beginning at 9 a.m.

Dr Mineva Glasgow will present on “Tertiary Level Education: the Financial Implications for Personal Investments” and Curtis Floyd a director of the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago, will present on “Tertiary Level Education, the cross border challenges: online and distance programmes.
