Digicel donates to Red Cross
Telecommunications company Digicel continues to make contributions to persons affected by torrential rain and flooding on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2013.{{more}}
The companyâs first contribution to flood victims came on Boxing Day, December 26, 2013, when Digicel employees journeyed to South Rivers to give out food, water, credit and other items.
Meanwhile, on Friday, January 3, Digicel donated approximately EC$5000 in foodstuff to the St Vincent and the Grenadines Red Cross Association.
Marketing manager at Digicel Juno DeRoche said that Digicel will continue to make contributions to the recovery process as time goes by.
âWe are always happy to be able to help in times of need and we will do everything in our power to helpâ, said DeRoche.
