New music band intends to make waves in SVG

The newest band formed in St Vincent and the Grenadines intends to make waves throughout the country.{{more}}

Pulsations, a four-member unit consisting of Silvan Scott, Leechang Griffith, Shane Mcguire and Anthony Baptiste, say that the group plans to be the one of the biggest names in entertainment for the new year.

Formed in October 2013, the group of experienced musicians has already entertained patrons at a number of local establishments, including the Buccament Bay Resort.

With a repertoire that includes R&B, pop, reggae, country, disco, rock and roll and jazz, band leader Scott says that the group has something for everyone, and would even surprise its audience with the occasional special appearances of local and regional artistes.

The band is available for weddings, private parties, corporate functions and launches, and aims to embark on an island tour early next year.

Scott said that Pulsations aims to establish itself as one of the foremost professional bands, which could be found performing year round, and not only during the carnival season.
