As the world celebrated Universal Children’s Day on Wednesday, November 20, some Early Childhood practitioners of District 1, which includes the Fancy Pre- School,{{more}} Owia Early Childhood Learning Centre, Precious Jewels and Sandy Pearl Pre-schools in Sandy Bay and the Sunshine Pre-School at Overland took the time out to visit the St Benedict Nursery at Mt Bentinck. The team was accompanied by two students from each centre. The morning was filled with an exchange of entertainment and sport. The highlight of the visit was the presentation of a gift basket to Sister Nyra-Ann of the St Benedict Day Nursery by the members of District 1.
