Painters take part in Sissons Paint seminar

Local painters had the opportunity to learn more about the technical side of paint when they participated in the Coreas and Sissons Paint Seminars on November 13 and 14, at the Coreas Training Room, Porters’ Wharf building.{{more}}

These highly interactive sessions were facilitated by Roger Braithwaite, Colour consultant, Sissons Paint Grenada Ltd. The session, held for experienced painters, took the artisans through the range of Sissons products, with much discussion on the pros and cons of each product, surface preparation, troubleshooting etc. It also allowed the painters to share their experiences with one another.

The second session, which was held for homeowners, took the participants through the full colour spectrum, giving them creative ideas to use in their own homes. Ms Jessica Bess of Green Hill was the proud winner of the Room Make-over competition and received 10 gallons of paint, donated by Sissons paint, to redecorate her room.

Coreas has been in partnership with Sissons for over 20 years and this is the third consecutive year that these seminars have been run.
