Eight Digicel customers get $500 each

Eight Digicel customers have each been rewarded with EC$500 as part of the company’s 2013 Vincy Mas promotion dubbed “Talk and Win”.{{more}}

The lucky persons were told of their winnings on June 21 by marketing manager at Digicel Justin John who called the winners live on air from the studios of Hot 97.1 FM.

John explained that the eight persons won the money and “all they did was talk for three minutes or more on their Digicel phones and they were entered in a random draw”.

John said that initially, they were giving away EC$200 to 10 winners every Friday, but they have raised the stakes as Carnival is underway.

Eight more persons will be rewarded today, Friday, June 28th, while the promotion is for both prepaid and postpaid customers. The winners will be, as usual, notified live on air.

ON Wednesday, June 19, 20 persons walked out of Digicel’s Corporate Offices with EC$200 in cash as part of the same promotion.
