Bijou Real Estate hosts open house event

The open house, which takes place on Saturday March 2, opens the doors of the Belvedere property to the general public, who will be able to look around at their leisure, and speak to Greaves about the property in order to get as much information as possible before making their choice.

Greaves said the two-storey concrete dwelling house, sits on 10,874 square feet of slightly sloping land above the road, is gated, and enclosed with concrete blocks and mesh wire fence.

The youthful, but experienced real estate agent said that plans are underway to stage future open house viewings, which would be a key feature of Bijou Real Estate.
