The Arnos Vale Service Station, operated by Tyrone Dickson, and Martello Investments Ltd in Pembroke, operated by Martello Knights, are the receivers of this regional award.

The customer service programme is conducted every quarter and is on based monthly audits, a mystery motorist programme and other performance based site factors.

In Q1, Arnos Vale Service Station and LTD Service Station in Fountain both won silver and in Q2, Martello Investments Ltd also won silver.

“We try to offer the best service to our customers through our service stations, as it is not just about fuel, but a good customer shopping experience,” John Jacobs, sales and marketing supervisor for Sol EC Ltd in SVG, commented.

“Our customer service representatives are there to ensure we have smiling customers, at every site, every visit,” he further added.

Tyrone Dickson, retailer for Arnos Vale Service Station, said he was pleased, as his staff had worked hard to achieve this award and hopes they continue to perform to a high standard of service to satisfy their customers.

Jenella Bacchus, station manager at Martello’s, said: “While it is a challenge to operate a service station, it is satisfying to win a top award as this one and we would like to thank Shell and Sol for running it…”

The programme is conducted by Shell, through Sol EC Ltd, in all territories where it operates, using Shell branded service stations.
