Baker wins Courts dough in ‘Create the Magic’ promotion

North Leeward baker Kelford Brackin may soon realize his dream of opening his own pastry business, thanks to the magic touch of furniture and appliance store Courts St Vincent Limited.{{more}}

Brackin, from Spring Village, became the first winner of the Courts Create the Magic promotion, taking home $8,000, after his name was pulled during the November 14 draw.

Accompanied by his wife Magalene, the veteran baker collected the well ‘kneaded’ cash, which he became eligible to win with the purchase of a General Electric stove.

The proud winner indicated that he also had plans to do some work on his home, as well as put aside some of the funds for rainy days.

He indicated that he would definitely be back at Courts for future purchases, and encouraged others to shop at Courts, where magic happens.

All customers making purchases of $499 or more would be entered in the Create the Magic promotion, which will see four winners, and a total of $32,000 being won.

The next draw takes place today, Friday November 16.
