AutoPlus Limited opens doors to customers

One week after opening its doors to customers, AutoPlus Limited is already creating quite a stir in the business community.{{more}}

On July 13, the automotive sales company welcomed customers to its opening with entertainment and discounted prices, much to the pleasure of eager customers waiting to get a sample of its products.

Located on Sharpe Street, in the heart of capital city Kingstown, the company describes itself as a one-stop automotive boutique that provides a wide variety of new and used automotive parts and accessories.

On Friday last, while customers lined up at the entrance of AutoPlus to take advantage of its opening special, its executive director, Carlos James, said the company has seen, in just one week of operation, a very positive response from customers.

“We had a very productive soft opening, which showed some promising results for AutoPlus and this is reflective in the way we do business as a small company; it is all about the service we offer,” James said.

The executive director noted that vehicle owners continue to complain about the type of service the ‘big companies’ offer when it comes to automotive parts and AutoPlus Limited has answered that call.

“A lot of research went into this project and I am pleased with the outcome, especially the hard work and dedication from my staff,” he said.

According to James, the company is receiving much commendation from its customers, who noted that its prices are the most affordable in Kingstown.

“I am pleased with the way the company is shaping, it is owned by Vincentians for Vincentians and I am confident that the company will naturally expand to serve its growing customers better. So, we encourage you to patronise us, so we can in turn expand to serve you even better,” said James.

James stated that at AutoPlus every customer would be satisfied with its quality service.

“It is very important that you know our prices are affordable and the priority for our sales team is to please every single customer. The idea behind this company is to ensure that motorists pay a reasonable price for their products. Vehicle maintenance should not have to be expensive,” he noted.

According to one employee, Aliscia Trimmingham, AutoPlus stocks just about every possible accessory and vehicle part to meet the growing need for service-parts from motorists.
