$20,000 more for Argyle International Airport development
Local businessman Denzil Bacchus continues to make good on his pledge to donate EC$100,000.00 towards the construction of the Argyle International Airport.{{more}}
In early February 2012, Bacchus handed over his first tranche of $20,000, and last Friday made a second contribution of $20,000.
A release from the IADC said âPrime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and the management of the International Airport Development Company are grateful to Mr Bacchus for his continued support and wish to publicly acknowledge his sterling contribution as a private citizen of this country.
âWe recognize as well the other contributions that we continue to receive from citizens of our country, though not as large, are no less important. We again recognize and say thank you to Returning Nationals SVG which continue to make sizeable contributions to the Argyle International Airport Contributory Fund.â
