Digicel treats Canouan kids to a mini fair

Last Saturday was a special day for the children on the Grenadine Island of Canouan, as Digicel treated the kids to a mini fair.{{more}}

The fair, which took place opposite Canouan Foods Ltd saw the kids receiving free popcorn and face painting.

Marketing Executive at Digicel Justin John said that Digicel did the event in an effort to give back something to the people of Canouan.

“We wanted to bring a bit of joy to the kids and allow them to have some fun,” said John who added, “the face painting was a hit with the children as some of them went home washed off the paint and made it back to the booth for a second design.”

Meanwhile, the adults were also treated with phone and credit specials. Handsets were sold at reduced prices while persons who topped up their handsets were given free credit.
