Police seek public assistance in locating Joel Patterson

No arrest has been made in the case involving 22-year-old Diana Grant who was attacked and stabbed on March 18.{{more}}

Police say they were seeking the assistance of members of the general public to ascertain the whereabouts of Grant’s former boyfriend, Joel Patterson, who is alleged to have attacked the young woman.

Grant was in the company of relatives when the man allegedly came to the house.

After being refused entry, he forced his way in and is alleged to have attacked her. The two were romantically involved for about a year, but had recently broken up.

Investigations are ongoing.(DD)
