Peters is Karib Cable grand prize winner
Calvert Peters, a carpenter from Evesham says he is thankful to Karib Cable for the addition of a second flat screen television to his home.{{More}}
On Friday, January 6, Peters received his prize of a 50 inch flat screen television and six months free of cable, with an additional free cable box, after he was selected as grand winner for Karib Cable Christmas promotion.
âItâs a joy winning the grand prize. I was frightened when they called and said I won because I didnât know about it. My wife is the one who normally writes up the receipts and sends my son to drop them off in the box here (Karib Cable office).
âThanks to Karib Cable I now have a second flat screen TV in my homeâ¦â Peters added.
The grand prize winners for the Christmas promotion were drawn on December 21, during the Christmas Caroling Contest.
Second prize went to Abigail Gould who won herself a Karib Cable phone, while 3rd prize of a Note Book computer was awarded to Megan Andrews.
Marketing Manager for Karib Cable, Vance Garraway explained that only customers who paid their bills on time or in advance were given a voucher to enter the promotion.
Garraway commended the winners on their prizes and noted that for the New Year, Karib Cable will be offering more promotions where customers will have the opportunity to win more prizes.(AA)
