Duncan wins Digicel trip

Kathy-Ann Duncan and a friend will sometime later this year take an all expense paid trip to St. Maarten.{{more}}

The trip comes compliments Digicel and the telecommunications company’s August ‘Text to Win’ promotion.

Last Tuesday, at Digicel’s Corporate offices, located in the Lewis Building on James Street, Duncan who is an Accountant received her prize which includes two tickets to St. Maarten, accommodation for two, US$1000 spending money and departure tax.

Stressing that she has always wanted to go to St. Maarten for vacation, Duncan added: “I am excited about winning this trip”.

Apart from being a first time ‘Text to Win’ player, Duncan is, according to her, “a first time winner of anything ever.”

The lass who said that she has already chosen who she will take with her on the trip also opined that ‘Text to Win’ promotions “have something for everyone”.

Giving a brief background of Duncan’s prize, Digicel’s Marketing Executive Justin John said that Duncan won after texting RACE to 7171 and playing the ‘Amazing race Game’. John also revealed that September’s ‘Text to Win’ promotion will see one lucky person take home EC$8000 cash just by texting SHOP to 7171 and following the instructions.
