Biabou resident wins 40 inch LCD television

One businesswoman last week showed her appreciation to her customers.

On Tuesday, August 2, Monica Ross, proprietor of Monica’s Super Cash and Carry Supermarket handed over a Sharp,{{more}} 40 inch LCD television set to Rhonda Delecia, who was the winner of the grand prize in a six-month promotion.

Customers who spent $40 or more at the supermarket became eligible for the draw, which took place late last month.

Delecia, of Biabou, said it was a great feeling to win the television set, which will replace her regular TV, which is half the size of the new one.

Ross, on handing over the television, said that it was her way of saying ‘thank you’ to her many customers for their patronage.

She disclosed that the consolation prizes, which included food hampers, had been awarded earlier.

Delecia was also a winner of one of the hampers.
