SEARCHLIGHT to feature weekly 44-channel TV guide
Thirteen months after the introduction of its Midweek newspaper, SEARCHLIGHT continues to give the Vincentian reading public more.{{more}}
Come August 9, SEARCHLIGHT will roll out a weekly cable television guide, featuring 44 channels from Karib Cableâs basic package.
The four-page guide, which will be a free insert in the Midweek newspaper, will include the prime time line up from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m for the 44 selected channels.
The guide includes âBest Betsâ, which are recommendations of shows to watch each evening, as well as a weekly full-length feature, which will be either synopses of soaps, celebrity spotlights, reviews, overviews or profiles of tv programmes; celebrity scoops; puzzles or word searches; lifestyle features related to food, home and garden, fitness, health, travel and style; and cooking show features.
For the month of August, synopses of the soap operas will be featured, with the focus in September being Lifestyle Features. In October, celebrities will be in spotlight, with Cooking shows being on the front burner in November.
Clare Keizer, Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Media Ltd., publisher of SEARCHLIGHT said that the company continually seeks ways to add value to their newspapers so that readers benefit.
