Courts says thanks to its Facebook fans

Ten visitors to the Facebook page of Furniture and Appliance Giants Courts St. Vincent Limited can say that their carnival was extra special,{{more}} thanks to the Courts Carnival Trivia Promotions, which earned them tickets and costumes for Vincy Mas 2011.

In the final week of the festive season, Courts allowed the fans to save some much needed cash, and, in some cases, enjoy an event which they would not have had the opportunity to attend.

The happy Courts Facebook fans were treated to Fire Fete, Miss Carival and Soca Monarch tickets, with costumes from Ahdrenalin Mas and SVG Players International bands added to the treats.

During the promotions, persons were invited to visit the Courts Facebook page and ‘like’ the page.

They were asked to answer multiple choice questions related to carnival, and the persons with the correct answers were pooled together, from which two winners per day were selected to receive the well deserved and desired prizes.

Those attending Fire Fete, thanks to Courts, were Ro-Mershia Dasouza and Loren Gun-Monroe, winners of the Miss Carival tickets were Suzanne Commissiong, Cornelius Edwards and Donnette Dowers, Soca Monarch ticket winners were Ferosa Arrindel, Kenrick Constatine and Enrico DeShong.

The winner of the Ahdrenalin costume was Zuleika Lewis, while Cruz John won the SVG Players costume.

All winners expressed elation and gratitude for their winnings, and revealed that it was a great feeling to win prizes by becoming a fan of Facebook.

The winners congratulated Courts for the initiative, which saw them enjoying Vincy Mas more, and those who were not already customers promised that they would begin shopping for their favorite brands at the store.

Alexis John, Marketing Executive of Courts, thanked the hundreds of loyal fans who participated in the promotion, and congratulated all the winners.

He encouraged them to continue surfing the site to see what’s new with Courts St. Vincent Ltd. He also encouraged others to join the site, since there is always something new and exciting to experience there.

John noted that the site was not only for winning prizes, but also to let visitors to the page know how to maintain and take care of their furniture and appliances purchased at Courts.
