More loyal customers win big with Digicel

It’s Carnival, and a little extra cash can do, so with this in mind, Digicel has stepped up its loyalty programme, and as a result 16 persons each received EC$1,000 within the last week.{{more}}

Beginning last week Friday, June 24, Marketing Manager at Digicel Juno DeRoche and Marketing Executive Justin John began handing out EC$1,000 in raw cash to lucky Digicel customers.

The money is part of Digicel’s loyalty programme which seeks to award every Digicel customer prepaid or post paid with EC$1,000 in cash just for being part of the Digicel family.

Also, persons who top up EC$15 or more have the opportunity to win prizes ranging from EC$5 to EC$1,000 as part of the telecommunications company’s ‘Top up, pay up and win in cash and credit’ promotion.

The promotion is open to both pre-paid and post paid customers. Pre-paid customers are entered in a draw to win cash and prizes by just topping up $15 or more, while post paid customers are given an opportunity to win by paying their bill on time and in full.

Persons can win more than once, and DeRoche revealed that persons who top up or pay their bill will receive a text message that will ask them to text CASH to 2424. This text cost $1 and will give you an extra chance to enter the draw for the weekly cash prizes and credit.

The weekly prize winners will be announced every Friday morning between 8.15 and 8.30 on Hot 97.1 FM by Digicel’s John who will call the winner live on air.
