Courts customers treated to a live musical concert

A live concert atmosphere is how one can describe the mood inside furniture and appliance store Courts St. Vincent Limited last Tuesday, June 28.{{more}}

What set the mood for fun and entertainment was a visit by Kees Dieffenthaller, lead singer from Kes The Band. The popular Trinidadian music man paid a visit to the store just a little after 1 p.m. where he entertained, signed autographs and took pictures with patrons for an hour.

Dieffenthaller was in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where he and his band performed as the main acts at Fire Fete which was held last Wednesday at Carnival City, Victoria Park.

Dieffenthaller took time out of his busy schedule to visit Courts after he was invited to do so by Marketing Manager Alexis John.

While at the store, the artiste of ‘Wotless’ fame gave customers the opportunity to win tickets to the Fire Fete show by singing part of his hit song ‘Wotless’.

A duo made up of two young women competed against one man for the tickets, and when all the singing was done, it was the male contestant Leon Simon who left with the ticket to Fire Fete. However, the duo of Jade Balcombe and Deressa Burgin did not leave empty handed as John gave them prizes compliments Courts.

Also during Dieffenthaller’s visit, two persons got the opportunity to spin the Courts Carnival wheel and won themselves prizes. Avis Matthias won a six pack of Carib Beer, while Zena DaSilva won a Mug.

John said that the visit by the musician was just a way of rewarding customers for choosing Courts.
