Man receives new wheelchair from ‘Burns’ Bonadie

Ottley Hall resident Joshua St Hilliaire was all smiles on Monday, December 6, after being presented with a brand new wheelchair under the gallery of Yankee’s Bar at Higginson Street in Kingstown.{{more}}

Trade Unionist Joseph ‘Burns’ Bonadie presented Joshua with the wheelchair after Joshua complained that his old wheelchair was falling apart.

Bonadie said Joshua told him about his wheelchair situation last Saturday and thought he would surprise the young lad.

An elated Joshua told SEARCHLIGHT that he had had the wheelchair for many years and the wheels were starting to fall off.
