Auditions for country karaoke contest begin
Auditions for the first Independence Country Music Karaoke Stars Search, dubbed âThe Frank B Armstrong Country Music Karaoke Star 2010 Contest and Danceâ, kicked off last Saturday.{{more}}
The contest, organized by The Next Level Country Music Club, officially starts on October 30, at The Country Ranch located at Cross Country Radio, Fountain.
The aim of the contest is to encourage more people to get involved in country music. The contest is fashioned as âone prize winner takes allâ. The contestant awarded the most points in the contest will take home the prize of a Food Hamper valued over $600.00, compliments Frank B. Armstrong.
The competition is open to persons 18 years and older. Contestants were expected to pay a registration fee of $10.00 upon completing a registration form before or on Saturday, October 23, 2010.
