Country Music Karaoke Idol at second stage

The Second round of the Country Music Karaoke Idol has officially begun. The second part of the three round event will begin this weekend in Karaoke houses around the country.{{more}}

Inspector Ardon Tannis of the Next Level Promotion, organizers of the competition, stated that the preliminaries of the competition will take place in all Karaoke houses in St. Vincent.

Six persons from the preliminaries will be selected to take part in the finals of the second round which will take place at the Finishing and Furnishing Car Park on September 4, 2010.

The finals of the second round will include karaoke, country music and dance, and an appearance from the first rounds’ three finalists. The theme of the event is “Keeping it country.”

The finalists from all three rounds will compete in the grand finale in December for the Country Idol trophy and a cash prize.
