Francis: ULP holding public meetings not campaigns

The ruling Unity Labour Party is getting in on the action announcing plans for a series of public meetings which began last Sunday, May 9, at Lauders.{{more}}

“This is not to be mistaken with campaigns,” Julian Francis, the Party’s chairman, said.

“When that time comes, we will let you know,” he continued.

The ULP was expected to have a meeting at Fountain last evening and will move to Calder on Sunday, May 16. (DD)
