UWI holds Recognition of Graduates Ceremony today
Today, at 9 am at the Methodist Church Hall, the UWI Open Campus, SVG, will host its 5th annual âRecognition of Graduatesâ Ceremony when forty-five graduates will be recognized.{{more}}
They are students who have completed undergraduate degrees in Education and Management Studies, the Associate Degree in Business Management and the MSc. Degree in Counselling. Also included are students who have completed the Executive Diploma in Management from the Cave Hill School of Business and students from the traditional campuses of the University who were unable to attend graduation ceremonies at their respective campuses.
The Ceremony will be under the Direction of the Deputy Principal of the Open Campus, Professor Vivienne Roberts, and will have as Valedictorian Elspeth Latchman who obtained First Class Honours in Education Administration.
Dr. Julian Ferdinand will be Guest Speaker. Also in attendance will be Luz Longsworth, Director of the Open Campus Country sites, and Dr. Francis Severin, Head of the UWI Open Campus, Dominica.
