SVG Diplomat to deliver major lecture

A Vincentian diplomat in Canada will deliver a major lecture in that country this month on the impact of West Indians on Canadian life.{{more}}

Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) High Commissioner to Canada, Brendon Browne, will speak on the topic “The Caribbean Diaspora: Its impact on Canada – Its impact on the Caribbean”, on October 8 at the University of Windsor.

Browne, who received both a BA and MA in International Relations from the University of Windsor, will also meet with a group of high school students in the city of Windsor and speak to them on the topic “Keys to Success in the Real World”.

The ambassador is slated to meet with the Caribbean Students Association and the African Diaspora Empowerment Committee at the University. He will also meet University Officials, the President, Dean and several Heads of Department.
