Edge Solutions marks first year in business

On June 9, 2008, Edge Solutions Inc, started out with only 10 employees. One year later, in celebration of their first year in operation, they are at the cutting edge in customer and telemarketing services. {{more}}

Sharing the milestone achievement, Chief Executive Officer and President, Romaine Reid, said that they have made some positive strides, despite many daunting challenges that confronted them in the beginning.

Located in the heart of Questelles, the company now houses over 38 well-trained employees, and provides top quality service to the public. Reid further noted that their main focus is to create a stable environment for their employees and ensure that the company continues to improve to stay on international standards.

The young businessman thanked area representative, Douglas Slater, for his support and also Press Secretary to the Prime Minister, Hans King.

Reid’s business partner and Chief Financial Officer, Kenton Ollivierre, expressed his sincere gratitude to those persons who were instrumental in making their company a success. Ollivierre stated that there has been some friction between themselves and other Telemarketing companies in St Vincent, causing some persons to become reluctant in joining the telemarketing service.

Despite, the setbacks, the CFO noted that that they have been actively involved in the life of the community by sponsoring a number of events and sports teams in and around the area. He says his only hope is for the company to continue to grow by leaps and bounds in the future.
