Rosine Glasgow wins with Digicel

Rosine Glasgow was planning to attend her first ever Wet Fete this year, and thanks to Digicel, she not only did that, but did it free of cost, and took her cousin along for the ride.{{more}}

Glasgow won the Digicel text DESTRA to 2777 Promotion and got herself two tickets to Wet Fete featuring Destra Garcia, EC$250 credit and a Sony Ericsson W200 handset.

Speaking to Digicel on Tuesday when she came to the Corporate Offices, located in the Sprotts’ Brothers Building on Bay Street, Glasgow said that she was standing on the side of the road when the text came in informing her of the promotion, “I had 75 cents left on my phone and that is what the text cost, I said ‘Why not?’ and I got through”.

The excited Glasgow, who revealed that she shared her good fortune with her cousin Charyn Stephenson, said that she has been with Digicel since its inception and thanked the company for her prizes.

“I feel happy. The show was great and although I did not get wet I enjoyed myself a lot,” said Glasgow, who hails from Biabou. The carnival lover said that she is looking forward to attending other shows like Insomnia and Soca Monarch. She collected her winnings from Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche.
