Consumers paying more for fuel
Consumers are once again paying more for fuel.
The price increase, which came into effect on Monday, 4th August, 2008, saw increases in Diesel, Gasoline and Kerosene.{{more}} The prices, which were last increased in May 2008, have gone up by over one dollar per gallon in each case.
Diesel fuel, which was $ 13.25 per gallon, is now $15.50 per gallon. Gasoline is now $15.33 per gallon, up from $14.00, and Kerosene is $15.10, up from $13.90 a gallon. The increase in prices has been influenced by the gas prices on the International Market.(OS)
