Courts guarantees lowest prices in town

On Wednesday, July 16, 2008, Furniture and Appliance giant in St.Vincent and Grenadines Courts (St.Vincent) Ltd. re-launched its Courts Price initiative offering its valued Customers even greater value.{{more}}

The campaign states that you wouldn’t find a better price anywhere in St.Vincent and Grenadines than the Courts Price. This strong statement is supported by the Courts Price Guarantee – which states if a customer finds any new, identical brand and model at a lower price genuinely available (i.e. not on special or on sale) elsewhere within seven days of their purchase; Courts will refund him or her double the price difference.

Courts Marketing Executive Alexis John said “with so many stores making claims regarding their price propositions, we want our valued customers to be fully aware that the Courts Price is indeed the lowest in the market”.

John stressed, “We pay special attention to what the competition is offering daily to ensure our prices are the best. We just don’t talk – we put our money where our mouth is. We are so confident that we have the lowest price that in the unlikely event customers find a new, identical product at a lower price within seven days of their purchase, we’ll now refund two times the price difference. Previously customers would have received 110% of the price difference.”

The campaign features Courts Kingstown branch manager Patricia May in TV and Radio adverts.
