Hold Your Own Hairoun and win with Brewery

Carnival activities would not be the same without a promotion from the St. Vincent Brewery.{{more}}

And this year is no different with the launching of the “Hairoun Hold Your Own and Win Carnival Promotion.”

The promotion, which kicked off on Tuesday during a press conference held at the Brewery headquarters in Campden Park, has as grand prizes, trips to Barbados and New York.

According to Hairoun Beer Brand Manager Vance Garraway, one lucky person will win a trip to Barbados plus BDS$500 spending money for that country’s Crop Over Festival in late July or early August.

Another fortunate winner will travel to New York, USA for the Labour Day celebrations, held annually in September.

Garraway also announced that weekly prizes of Carnival costumes, tickets for t-shirt and J’ouvert bands, along with Carnival show tickets and six packs of Hairoun products could also be won.

To win these prizes, any six Hairoun crowns must be collected, placed in an envelope with the contestant’s name, address and telephone number, and dropped off in any promotional box located at supermarkets, wholesalers and delivery trucks.

The names of weekly winners will be printed in Searchlight Newspaper, with the grand prize draws scheduled for June 26, 2008.(JJ)
