Digicel Tribes Mas Band ready for Vincy Mas

Mobile telecommunications provider Digicel is once again leading the way in culture.

The telecommunications giant made a financial contribution to Digicel Tribes Mas Band as they put on their presentation for 2008, entitled “Nature’s Beauty.”{{more}}

Digicel Tribes Mas Band Leader, Fernando Serieux, said that he felt moved by the contribution made by the telecommunications giant and said the assistance would go a long way in covering expenses incurred.

Serieux also pointed out that as a relatively young mas band with only four years participating in Vincy Mas, it has been difficult seeking sponsorship but thanked Digicel and other sponsors that have come forward.

Adults can choose from the following six sections: Waterfalls, Snowflakes, Garden of Flowers, Sunset, Stars and Colours, while children can select from; Sun Rise and Phases of the Moon.
