“Our focus has always been to add value to people’s lives, and this is a perfect example of our commitment towards education development in SVG.

“We are cognizant of the many functions of an efficient Library in the process of learning. Hence, we did not hesitate to accommodate the request of the Library department. I’m confident these items would complement such a beautifully created environment for both students and library personnel”.

Head Librarian Michelle King responding said, “We are very happy to receive this donation which will definitely enhance the delivery of library services of the College. We thank Courts sincerely for adding value.”

The television and the DVD/VCR combo will be used in the audio-visual room of the Library Resource Centre, while the refrigerator will be used in the staff kitchenette.

Harry further stressed his company’s long-term commitment towards the continued development of the Library and by extension the College. He also urged students to make greater use the facility, which was built at a cost of over EC$4 million and opened in 2005, which, according to Harry, “is very conducive for learning”.
