A joyous season in Arnos Vale/Cane Hall

Residents of the Arnos Vale/Cane Hall Community are still savouring the taste of a wonderful 2007 Christmas Season. The feeling of satisfaction was assured when the community successfully concluded their three projects over the Christmas period.{{more}}

Over fifty variety packages were distributed to the elderly in the district on Sunday 23rd, while over 100 children under the age of 14, from the Upper Cane Hall community, performed for the first time in the Annual Christmas Programme, after which they enjoyed snacks and received gift packages.

The third project saw the community being recognized as the best lit garden in the National Christmas Light-up Competition for the second consecutive year.

The entire Arnos Vale/Cane Hall Community can, therefore, celebrate in grand style for the festive season 2007.

All three activities were coordinated by the West St. George Area Council ‘E’.
