JCI National Convention for Murray Heights Hotel
Junior Chamber International West Indies 47th National Convention takes place at the Murray Heights Hotel, Mc Kies Hill, Kingstown, St. Vincent, from October 17 to 21, 2007, with the theme: âWe Pledge – Be Betterâ.{{more}}
JCI WI 47th National Convention is scheduled to commence with the Opening Ceremony at the Cruise Ship and Ferry Berth, Kingstown, followed by a welcome cocktail at Government House, New Montrose, on Wednesday, October 17, 2007. The Official Flag Raising Ceremony will be held at the JCI St. Vincent Headquarters, Stoney Grounds, on Thursday, October 18, 2007. It climaxes with the General Elections of Officers for the JCI WI 2008 National Board of Directors, and the Awards Dinner and Closing Ceremony on Saturday, October 20, 2007.
The programme of activities and events throughout the week include meetings of the JCI WI 2007 NOM Board of Directors, National Councillors and General Assembly, Presentations from several guest speakers, JCI Public Speaking and Debating Competitions, various types of Training, inclusive of foreign Language (Spanish) and Socialization.
