Cool Riderz Motor Cycle Club elects new President

Conroy McBarnette has been elected to serve as President of the Cool Riderz Motor Cycle Club. McBarnette got the nod at the Annual General Meeting of the club held on Tuesday April 3rd 2007.{{more}} Other members of the executive are Egerton “Creeche” Wood, Vice President; Audrey Gittens-Scott, Secretary; Beffia Robinson, Assistant Secretary; Stephen Roberts, Treasurer; Debbie King, Assistant Treasurer; Jacqueline King, Public Relations Officer.

The goal of the club is to promote biking as a recognized sport in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The theme for the upcoming year is “Regional Integration Through Sports- Tourism and Service”.

The objectives of the club are to assist in meeting the social needs of communities in St. Vincent and the Grenadines; to maintain cooperation with regional and international biking clubs thereby strengthening the integration movement; to promote road safety among its members and the general public; to provide effective leadership/management of the club and maintain camaraderie among members.

The club thanks the general public for the support it received over the past year and looks forward to continued support.
